I was referred by SLT Properties on 7/21. I called and spoke with Israel who agreed to come out today, Sunday to repair my washer. This gentleman was personable and professional. He knew exactly what the problem was, had the part and was able to make the repair in less than 45 minutes. The cost was MUCH less than other quotes I obtained and they couldn’t come out until Wednesday; this couldn’t wait since I had a full load stuck in water. Israel even took the time to explain how to avoid the issue in the future and with a warranty! Awesome!

My dryer stopped working on Saturday afternoon.  I searched online for an appliance repair company that worked weekends.  Performance Appliance indicated that they did.  I called and spoke with the owner Israel Carachure who said he would be out within 30 minutes. True to his word he arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem.  The supply store was closed on Saturday, so he had to wait until Monday morning to get the parts needed to complete the repair.  Promptly on Monday morning he arrived and completed the repair.  I am completely satisfied with Israel's professional service and would highly recommend him.  I will call him again if the need arises.
